AutoDrapes offers car accessories including custom-fit UV sunshades and other automotive products.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes. There may be minor differences in color, appearance, texture, or packaging due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or product updates.

2. Custom-Fit Products

Many AutoDrapes products are designed according to specific vehicle makes, models, variants, and model years.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when placing an order.

If incorrect vehicle information is provided by the customer and the product is manufactured or dispatched accordingly, AutoDrapes may not be responsible for the resulting fitment issue.

3. Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, AutoDrapes may contact the customer by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm the order and verify delivery details.

AutoDrapes reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if:

• Customer information cannot be verified
• The customer does not respond to order confirmation
• The provided address is incomplete or incorrect
• The requested product is unavailable
• The order appears suspicious or fraudulent

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

AutoDrapes reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment

We may offer payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment options available on the website.

For COD orders, the customer is required to pay the complete order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once a custom-fit product has entered production or an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Product Availability

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate stock information, products may occasionally become unavailable.

In such cases, AutoDrapes may contact the customer regarding an alternative product, revised delivery timeline, or cancellation of the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the AutoDrapes website, including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, videos, and other materials, belongs to or is used by AutoDrapes with appropriate rights.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AutoDrapes shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or circumstances caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
